Rico – Robust and Reliable Pipeline Inspection
RICO offers a wide range of robust and reliable CCTV pipeline inspection products, from entry level push rod models to fully equipped TV inspection vehicles with crawler systems. All systems offer exceptional picture quality and contain many standard features normally associated as options with equivalent alternative products. The RICO product range caters for pipe sizes of 25mm to 2000mm diameter and our single wire technology enables an operational range up to 1000 metres. This technology allows you to see inside the pipe (almost better than if you were there yourself) with easy options for recording and checking any damage or blockage found.
Since 1990, the standard range of medium and large size crawler systems has been equipped with RICO “single-wire” technology. All control signals, power supply and video signal are transmitted simultaneously by an extremely light co-axial cable. This combination of CCTV technology, cable technology and software provide you with excellent value for money and productivity.
The Highlander
The top of the range HIGHLANDER is now equipped as standard with RPP® Duo-Vision, the most recent innovation developed by RICO to enhance conventional TV inspections. The RPP® hybrid camera carries both normal optical zoom recorder and fish eye lens, together providing a unique combined scanning and recording representation.
Any damage in the pipe can be measured accurately, by a simple ‘mouse click’ to fold out the pipe and scan the representation, at the push of a button.
This scanner representation (folded-out pipe) allows the customer a considerable improvement in productivity in the management, observation and evaluation of the images. ‘One glance‘ suffices to recognise, record and assess the condition of a reach even over a comparison of many years.
