Roof Tile Mould Cleaning

In order to achieve repeatable quality in the production process, the clay mould must be removed on a two to three hour cycle. Previously mechanical chisels have been used which are labour intensive and potentially damaging. Uraca have supplied many water jetting systems which quickly remove the casting clay without damage to the mould.
